Our law firm is based in the city of Rostock, roughly two hours from Berlin and Hamburg and we provide a full range of legal services to the business community in commercial, corporate, financial and dispute resolution matters. Each lawyer of our firm is a general civil law practitioner serving as counsel to small and mid-size corporations or public companies many of them from the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region. We also offer legal services and assistance to clients from Scandinavia, Poland and other parts of the Baltic Sea area.

Our lawyers are accredited specialists for commercial and corporate law or employment and labour law and we are also specialising in real property, EU and competition law, insurance and tort law. We are engaged in litigation and arbitration

Our main activities in the past years were concerned with commerce, real estate, banking, labour relations, bankruptcy, local government and construction contracts, some of them international and also with sales and marketing or tax matters. We represented foreign manufacturers, entrepreneurs, insurance companies and telecommunication companies as well as state authorities. It is our understanding that international transactions and trade get more and more relevant for businesses in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
